The Project: In 1913, the Davidson Building was completed and The Warrior Hotel followed in 1930. Today, these two historic Sioux City landmarks feature 22 luxurious and refined-living apartments above Class A commercial space, in additional to a boutique hotel. The renovated 222,650 sq. ft. facility consists of all the high-end finishes and amenities of a luxury boutique hotel while enjoying the views from the 5th and 6th floor of the Davidson Building.
