The Project: Lighthouse Electric partnered with Hunt Electric on a lithium-ion electric vehicle battery cell manufacturing facility, located on 156 acres and spanning over 2.8 million SF. Using an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) approach, the IPD team mobilized in early 2020. Equipment installation followed in Summer 2021. Lighthouse's self-perform team hit one million workforce hours worked in Spring 2021 and reached approximately 2.7 million hours worked by project's end.
