The Project: Part of the new 1.2M sq. ft. All Electric UCI Medical Center - a first in the nation. The five-story, 225,000 sq. ft. facility features 10 Operating Rooms, 42 infusion bays, a leading-edge MRI linear accelerator, and an imaging center with MRI, PET, CT, Ultrasound and Interventional Radiology. The 8-level parking structure offers 1,332 stalls. The project was delivered via Progressive Design-Build contract. The project team included Hensel Phelps, CO Architects, and Tk1sc (WSP) as the Engineer.
