The Project: Interior build-out of 32-story glass structure, which boasts 1.1 million square feet of office space designed for innovation and collaboration. The building and its offices were built to accommodate 1,100 existing employees, plus another 1,900 employees who could be added by 2030. Responsible for tenant improvements, including 90% of the lighting, branch power, floor boxes, 5th floor gym, and 1st floor Museum/Visitor Center.
