The Project: On 7/9/24 the lineman of United Electric were asked for help with the storm restoration in Houston Texas for Centerpoint Energy following Hurricane Beryl. United sent 41 personnel to help restore 3.2 million people without power. Over the next 13 days our team worked 16 hours on and 8 hours off with a total of 7,900 manhours worked. The most important thing of the whole trip was United Electric’s safety and zero injuries! We are very proud and appreciative of the hard work from our team!!
