The Project: This design build, 2-building (9 and 11-story) warm shell, life science, project intended for offices and research labs, as well as two adjoining parking structures. The campus includes a single medium voltage service feeding multiple substations. MMC was also responsible for the install of 5 Generators feeding the core and shell and future tenant loads.
