The Project: The project involved a LEED Silver, 130,000 sq ft Class A office building, and a 255,000 sq ft parking garage. The office building houses approximately 600 employees, the airline's 24/7 operations facility and other business functions. The office building includes an open concept design, team huddle rooms, meeting spaces, and a two-story atrium. Design elements include a wood-clad grand staircase with stadium seating and interconnecting steel and wood glulam staircase on levels two through six.
